The customer has 30 days from the date of purchase to return item(s) for a refund/exchange. Item(s) must be returned in sellable condition in order to qualify for a refund. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable, which includes return shipping charges to our facility if the package is refused and sent back automatically. Any returns after the 30 day period will be charged a 20% restock fee in order for the return to be processed.
