This part is an updated replacement for PN 15-80568 (Module Auxiliary Heater & A/C Control Module; HVAC Control Module, Rear Blower; Blower Speed Controller, Rear Blower) The original three wire connector will have to be cut off and the new harness spliced in due to a design change by General Motors. Terminals and heatshrink tubing supplied with this kit.

Common failures of this part include:

Blower will not turn off

Blower will not turn on

No control of blower speed

NOTE: This product replaces the 15-81728 HVAC Blower Module and corrects the issue with the 15-81728 not working correctly with aged blower motors.

We do recommend replacing the blower motor if your truck is near or over 150,000 miles or if the old blower motor makes any kind of unusual noises.
